El Art. 25 del Reglamento General de la Ley Orgánica del Sistema
Nacional de Contratación Pública, determina que: “Hasta el 15 de enero
de cada año, la máxima autoridad de cada entidad contratante o su
delegado, aprobará y publicará el Plan Anual de Contratación (PAC), el
mismo que contendrá las obras, bienes o servicios incluidos los de
consultoría que contratarán durante este año, en función de sus
respectivas metas institucionales y de conformidad a lo dispuesto en el
Art. 22 de la Ley Orgánica del Sistema Nacional de Contratación
Pública”.
